            2) Canadian Citizens

  6. 4 How is your Identity Theft program different from the others
  7. • As indicated above you have a real insurance policy backing you not a "Service Guarantee" from some of the other services. From some of their websites you will find the following definition of what a $1,000,000 service guarantee is.
" Our service guarantee is simple, but it is limited. We will pay up to $1,000,000 to cure the failure or defect in our service, per member, per lifetime for all incidents in the aggregate, regardless of circumstance (*In North Carolina, we will make payments to professionals we choose). We will not reimburse special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, such as lost wages or profits, loss of business, or lost opportunities. Other than our service guarantee, we make no representation or warranty about our service of any kind, and we disclaim any implied warranties outside of our service guarantee, such as a warranty of merchantability or fitness of our service for any particular purpose."

    • You can judge for yourself the differences in a "Service Guarantee" and insurance, and quite frankly our members will have the ability to place a "Security Freeze" on their Credit Report quite easily and at a fraction of the cost of what those services are asking for. One of our roles is the education of our members and you should be aware that in the US Congress is pressuring the three major credit agencies to make these theft-fighting measures cheaper and more accessible to all consumers.

  8. 5. Where are the servers located?
  9. • Our servers are located in world class ISP data cages. The physical security encompasses both biometric (retinal scan and figure print identification) along with confirmed access rights of individuals wanting to enter the server room. No one may enter that does not provide proof of the above 3 security protocols

  10. 6. How safe are the servers? If the building that houses the servers is destroyed what happens to my data?
